A planning application has been prepared for nine new apartments in the car park once belonging to Sim Chem House, the office building converted into 184 apartments under our Fabrick 1 joint venture.

Once planning is obtained, our intention is to either sell the site with planning permission or develop it in joint venture with a development company.
