We helped a known figure in the finance world to secure the purchase of a historic factory building. The £4m property was being used as an artist’s studio and the client wanted to convert the space into a new home.

With only two weeks to complete the purchase, the client was unable to obtain a mortgage from high street banks in such a narrow time frame and other bridging loan finance providers would not lend for personal rather than commercial use.
