As a significant property investor, we own and manage a portfolio of circa 200 private-rented sector properties across the UK, a portfolio that is set to continue to grow.

As well as having our own investment portfolio, we are also a lender. Whether you are looking to fund new acquisitions, re-finance existing deals, or refurbish your portfolio, we provide fast and flexible short-term property finance for UK and international commercial and residential property developments and investments. Opportunities

Infatrade is looking to increase its presence in the property market in both the UK and internationally by acquiring mixed-use and residential properties.

We are looking to acquire sites or participate in joint ventures on sites with capacity for between 20 and 200 residential units in locations with strong rental markets and a good investment story.
