Infatrade is an independent bridging finance provider, providing short term property finance for property developments and property investments in both the commercial and residential field. Infatrade provide fast and flexible short term loans to all of our intermediaries and clients to ensure they have the capital required to fund any acquisition, re-financing, or refurbishing of their property.
Historically, Infatrade solely provided finance solutions. Our focus has primarily shifted towards the PRS (Private Rented Sector) and the BTR (Build to Rent Sector), the fastest emerging market in the leasehold property management sector changing the way in which property is developed, owned and managed. Infatrade own and manage a portfolio of 200 properties across the UK, and we are looking to expand our portfolio.
We are adept at streamlining operations and repositioning a property to reduce costs and maximise returns on investment and value of property. We know our market and understand its evolution and we re able to advise clients who are branching into this exciting new sector.
