  • Infatrade allow up to a 75% LTV (Loan to Value) ratio, based on a 90 day Valuation carried out by Infatrade
  • Loan secured by first legal charge on the site, additional security for the loan may be required dependent on risk. Pricing is directly correlated to the risk of the transaction, location and borrower status. We specialise in complex funding scenarios where other lender might turn down
  • All legal fees are to be paid by the borrower
